Weekly Hardware Recap: July 4th Edition

So you may have noticed our site farted and went down for a while yesterday. No big deal, just blame Jason. NVIDIA has a bit more to worry about anyway with Intel crawling up their heatpipe about CUDA going nowhere, ATI absolutely pounding away with the excellent HD 4000 series, and being forced to pay nearly $200 million for faulty mobile GPU’s which resulted in a 22% stock drop. How quickly things change. But hey, who cares? It’s Independence Day - go blow stuff up.
