D-Link and Alpha Networks to offer more 802.11n integrated devices in 2008.

Via DigiTimes: "Instead of developing new technologies, Taiwan network-equipment makers D-Link and Alpha Networks are to add more applications to their 802.11n devices in order to help boost sales in 2008, according to sources at the makers. D-Link, for example, is to incorporate online gaming solutions into its 802.11n devices and also to offer its D-Link 2.0 products with more value-added applications and services, said sources at the company."
This is great, but as long as manufacturers don’t lose sight of what’s important - like having a router that actually works besides glitzy LCD screens, super bright LEDs and ‘cool’ tribal design stickers on the side, then bring it.
